Align and utilize proper equipment, brushing machine, cooling trough, etc. Set-up and operate trace ability printer and operate Pixargus and set-up, start, maintain and properly secure in-line coating applications. Set-up and string sup-straight media as required and utilize and prepare proper packaging. Ability to set-up, mix components (paint), maintain spray systems and quality standards with minimal scrap. Ability to change gun components as required and the ability to maintain spray fluid levels and clean the entire system and replace hoses. Maintain, clean and assemble and disassemble dies properly. Responsible for Extrusion line to run with minimal scrap levels and startup and die changes to run smoothly and timely. Assist in screw changes and help and assist the Extrusion Operator and Extrusion Rubber Feeder at all times. Must be able to PE weld, set-up plasma unit and mix and apply flock glue, know all aspects of the flocking machine, including but not limited to set-up, operating, filling and cleaning.
